 Assessment:There is a couple of assessments you as the client will undertake before we start any form of exercise routine. This starts with a PARQ which is a health questionnaire and the purpose of the assessment is to asses ones health history to make sure they are  clear of any medical conditions or previous injuries that could be effected with exercise. Another assessment would be a fitness assessment, this would be to gain an understanding to where ones fitness levels lie so that I the personal trainer can implement the appropriate, personalised exercise routine. 
 
Nutrition:A balanced eating plan/diet that consists of  Complex carbohydrates, Protein, essential fatty acids and sufficient intake of water is a daily must. Whether you are a trained athlete or a person that does not participate in exercise it is still of  great importance To get these Macro nutrients into your daily diet. Our body was designed to function at its optimum rate through this combination of  Macro nutrient intake. All our ready to eat meals and fast food dens neglect this balance, food that is short of one Macro nutrient or to high in the other or is deficient in Micro nutrients(vitamins&minerals). I will provide you with sound nutritional advice, advice that will suit your optimum nutritional intake so that you will have this abundance of energy and a sense of feeling great!
  
Goal Setting:With goal setting we complete our last assessment and this is through a life style analysis. Here I gain as much information from your daily routine as i can right from how many hours you are at work, to what you eat during the day, and even your sleeping pattern. The more in depth information I know about ones daily routine, the more accurate I can be on designing your "optimum daily performance" schedule and this gets you, the client to your overall goals smoothly and effectively.
  
In Your Home:
 
 
If the gym environment is not for you, or you just don t feel like training in the gym , I have the necessary equipment that can be transported to you with ease and to a destination of your choice. This can be your home, office, park or even on the beach.
 
 
 
Gym Training:For thous of you who prefer the gym environment I am based at "The Forest Gym" Crawley. Here we have ample equipment to execute all exercise routines.
